- You complete the Prepaid enrollment form and hand it to your agent. or click on the register link.
- An agent will confirm your details with you and capture your details on the Prepaid Online system.
- We submit your details to the banking system to verify your account details.
- You will receive a message from Prepaid Online that will welcome you to the service. This message will include your Prepaid Online PIN number. Please store this number in a safe place, it will be required by call center personnel if you request the changing of your profile.
- We deduct the funds from your bank account for the value that you specify and on the date you specify.
- As soon as your bank clears the payment they will notify us electronically. You will receive a sms that will notify you of the payment that we received.
- Now you can buy your electricity when you need it. To buy just send a “please call me” from your phone to
082 333 2552. The server will send the voucher back that you specified in your enrollment form.You must recharge your electricity meter the same way that you normally do with a voucher that you buy from any vendor.
- If you require other products from the system you must send a message with the voucher name and value to the
082 333 2552 recharge number. (Example : Send “Eskom 500” to 082 333 2552 to order a Eskom R500 voucher)
- If you need the Cash Account bank details of PPOL send “Bank” to 082 333 2552, we will send an sms back to your telephone with the details of the PPOL Cash account.
- If you need to know the current balance of your PPOL account, send “Bal” to 082 333 2552, we will send a sms back to your telephone with your current balance included in the sms.
- You can also request your default recharge by making a call from your phone, the Prepaid Online system will cut the call as soon as it recognizes your number, you can now put your phone down, the system will deliver your voucher shortly.
- Make sure your CLIP is active when you make use of the call in recharge facility.
